Who we are

Pre-Send Check is operated by TRIOLIGHT TECHNOLOGIES FZCO, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: greenlight@agent-studio.store.

What we collect

• The email address you submit on the waitlist form.
• Campaign parameters from the page URL (gclid, utm_*) so we know which ad brought you here.
• The page you submitted the form from, and the time you submitted it.
• Your IP address and your browser’s user agent, recorded by the server together with the submission.
• Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4) — pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scrolled. Where analytics cookies are in use, this is tied to an identifier stored in your browser; where they are not, it is sent without cookies or identifiers (see Cookies below).

Why we collect it

To email you once when the extension launches, and to measure how many visitors find the product useful.

The legal basis for the email is your consent: you type it into the form yourself. For cookies and advertising identifiers it depends on where you are. In the UK and Europe we use them only after you accept them in the banner; the anonymous measurement that runs before and without that consent stores nothing on your device and carries no identifier, and for it we rely on our legitimate interest in knowing how many people visit this page. Elsewhere we rely on that same legitimate interest for analytics cookies themselves, and you can opt out at any time (see Cookies below).

We keep your email and the campaign parameters until we have sent the launch notification, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the day you subscribed — or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first. The IP address and user agent stored with the submission are kept for 12 months. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your email and we do not share the waitlist with anyone. Two things still leave our own systems:

• Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads). The Google tag runs on this page from the moment it loads and tells Google what you did here — pages viewed, buttons clicked, your IP address and browser details. What it sends depends on whether analytics cookies are in use for you (see Cookies below). With them, it also stores an identifier in your browser, sends it with every event, and Google can link your visit to the ad you clicked. Without them, no cookie is set and no advertising identifiers are sent — Google still receives an anonymous ping, from which it estimates visitor and conversion numbers statistically. Google processes this on our behalf to give us visitor statistics and to tell us which ad campaign brought you here. Google’s own handling of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Our hosting provider. The server that receives the form stores your email together with the campaign parameters, your IP address and your browser’s user agent.

We are established in the United Arab Emirates, so if you write to us from the UK or the EU your data is transferred outside your country. Google may also process it in the United States. We rely on your consent for the transfer, and on the standard contractual clauses Google applies to its own transfers.

Cookies

The Google tag loads on every visit. Whether it sets a cookie depends on where you are.

In the UK and Europe we ask first. Until you choose, the tag sets no cookie and sends no advertising identifier — only the anonymous ping described above. If you choose “Essential only”, it stays that way for the whole visit. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so we do not ask again.

Everywhere else analytics cookies are set when the page loads, without a banner, as local law allows. You can still refuse them: block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. If you are in California, this is also how you opt out of the sharing described above; we do not sell your data in any case.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy of it;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop or limit how we use it;
• send it to you, or to another provider, in a machine-readable format.

We only hold your data because you gave consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time — it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before. Withdrawing consent means we delete your email from the waitlist and you get no launch notification.

Write to greenlight@agent-studio.store for any of the above. We answer within 30 days. We do not charge for this, and we do not ask you to explain why.

If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would rather you wrote to us first.
